Payment

Credit Card and PayPal accepted. If payment has not been received through Paypal within 3 business days the order will be canceled.

Shipping

Items will ship within 3 business day after payment has been received & shipping address verified. I will e-mail you to let you know when your order has shipped and a tracking number if available.

All items are shipped via Canada Post. Items shipped within Canada are sent regular mail or regular parcel mail. Shipping in Canada usually takes 2-5 business days and to the USA is generally 4-8 business days but can take up to 10 business days. Potatopatch cannot be responsible for any International customs fees that may be charged after shipping (have not had any occurrences).

If a package is lost or damaged in transit Potatopatch will replace the item and ship it as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges for returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Live in the Collingwood area?  Pick up orders are available.  Use coupon code PICKUP and shipping charges will not apply.
